This single-family home project is located in the Arenal area of Palma, known for being an area of beaches and summer houses.

The plot is located in the beach area, so the house is directly exposed to the inclemencies of the marine action, such as storms or the salty sea breeze. Even so, as it is an isolated single-family home, it was possible to adapt the building to the terrain and design its distribution so that the house would be as comfortable as possible throughout the year. With large windows so that the interior is bright but well oriented so that in the summer months the heat does not enter in excess and that the house is not left in the dark in winter. It also has large stone walls, a typical element of Mallorcan architecture, which also maintains a constant temperature inside the house throughout the year.

The house is located on the top of a hill where it dominates the horizon and you can enjoy beautiful views over the Arenal of Palma. It is composed of two floors, placed in a staggered position for a better adaptation to the plot. It has a living room, kitchen, four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
